You're Engaged, Congratulations!

After the confetti settles, wedding planning begins, and we’re here to teach you how to do it!

Wedding planning is not as easy as putting together a typical dinner party; it’s more like conducting an orchestra...coordinating layers and layers of elements that add up to one big, beautiful day. And let’s be honest, wedding planning comes with a lot of pressure, expense, and options. With a busy career and personal life, you may not have the time or resources to spend countless hours researching how to pull it all together - that's where Bride School come in to play!

Bride school is for the bride determined to plan her own wedding, the gal who’s going to do it herself but wants to know what to expect and how to streamline the process to help ensure the best day possible...all while maximizing the budget.

Bride school is a one day workshop where local experts give brides the cliff notes on planning so that you can create the wedding that you have been dreaming of on the budget that you have allotted. You will leave bride school with the confidence and ability to effectively plan that wedding you’ve been daydreaming of (and pinning about).

“The best thing people can do to make wedding planning easier AND save a lot of money is do a few hours of consulting with a planner up front. That often ranges from $70-$150 an hour, and I think it’s worth EVERY PENNY. If we’d done that, we probably would have paid $300, and I’d guess we would have saved about $5,000. Why? We didn’t know the local lay of the land, and we didn’t know what all our options were.”

I was born and raised on king cake, Mardi Gras, and beignets in New Orleans, LA. I met my wife at LSU in Baton Rouge while I was pursuing my undergrad in Mass Communications/Advertising. The slow paced, friendly, and safe community is exactly the kind of place we wanted to raise our children.
I currently work as a full-time College Pastor at FBC Wichita Falls and love influencing the lives of young adults. I have 6 years of video experience and started my own videography/cinematography business 2 years ago.
Photography and videography have always been a passion of mine thanks to my mothers affinity to document all family gatherings. Since moving to Wichita Falls, I have had the opportunity to record some of this cities most precious moments and I would truly love to fill you in on all the details you NEED to know to get the best videographer at the best price for the best result.

In a technological world, this art is highly valued and I have been pleased to offer classes to assist others who want to learn brush calligraphy & about postage stamps. My goal for Bride School is to help you develop your own style of hand lettering & envelope addressing style so you will be confident enough to address your own envelopes for your special day.
